I DID IT!

-I was driving down an intersection on a green light (not yellow)
- there was another driver who was making a left turn, when i crossed the intersection, he did a burnout and hit rear ended my car (car has damage to axle, rim and tire bent, rear bumper is off) and car wont start.

when we confronted each other, the fat italian guy (guy who hit me) started criminally harrassing me and threatning me

Can i get him charged, and sue his insurance for the lost resale value?

my car is a 2007 chevy malibu LT Sport (bought for 16,900+taxes for 19378)

damage was estimated around 3500+2000+ painting

please help

and suggest some good sources for info.

I know they are Italian sports cars and that they are very nice. But I’m kind-of looking for the price range. I’m looking For an all Italian > Lamborghini < made car. How much do they cost?

Looking at the Lamborghini Gallardo and Lamborghini Murcielago,May i have any suggestions on which one should i buy and advantages and disadvantages. I would need your advice soon as i have to start booking for the 2008 ones already ><
